When you request a commercial cover proposal, we collect the contact, site, boiler, timing and approval information needed to assess your enquiry and respond to it. We use this information to prepare and discuss the requested proposal, manage any resulting cover arrangement, and maintain our enquiry records.
Proposal and renewal follow-ups
We only send automated proposal and renewal follow-up emails where you actively tick the consent box on the enquiry form. You can stop those emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any follow-up email. Stopping follow-ups does not prevent us from responding to a separate request you make directly.
Who receives your information
Your enquiry is sent to the Commercial Boiler Cover UK team at Lanpeak Facilities Group so that they can assess the request and contact you about it. We do not sell your enquiry data.
Retention and your rights
We retain enquiry information only for as long as needed to handle your request, manage any customer relationship, meet legal obligations, or resolve queries.
